St. Patrick's (Markham) CWL invites you to a spiritual retreat at Mount Carmel Monastery, walking distance to beautiful Niagara Falls.

The retreat will include:

• A two-night stay - double or single occupancy accommodations (shared room with single beds)
• Three meals per day (first meal upon arrival Tuesday dinner, last meal Thursday lunch)
• Masses daily, prayer sessions and labyrinth walk
• Workshops and interactive social activities, including a session with Fr. Christopher Kulig
• Guided stretching with a fitness instructor and Catholic meditation
• Free time for wine tour and/or excursion/site seeing/outlet shopping
• Free parking and Wifi

Depending on how many people participate, we may have a bus option for transportation. A $150 deposit will be required by October 15 and balance will be due by October 31. For everyone’s peace of mind, we ask that participants have both vaccines and a rapid COVID test will be required upon arrival.

COST: $365 (inclusive rate per person; a portion of proceeds go to support CWL initiatives)
